Project Details

What we need
  • Join us for a briefing session to learn more about this project - *We welcome University Students and Graduates*
  • Develop project proposals, timelines, and objectives
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure projects stay within budgetary constraints
  • Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
Background

We are recruiting future social leaders (Core Members), who will be responsible for the initiation, management and execution of activities FY 24/25. There are 4 different teams, including Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources and Programme team.

What we have

A briefing will be provided to align the expectations, objectives and goals of the event. Our team will be supporting you and working with you align the way.

Why this is important

We are recruiting Core Members FY24/25. Volunteers with good performance may be promoted to Management Team of the organisation in future.

Project Period

03 Jun 2024 - 30 Jun 2025

Location

Remote (for internal meeting), TBC (for event execution)

Team Project
