Bio

As the Director of WEDO GLOBAL, I am passionate about advocating multicultural education and social inclusion. I have over a decade of experience designing and conducting training programmes for various professions and sectors across Asia, covering topics such as social innovation and entrepreneurship, diversity and inclusion, cultural intelligence, cultural sensitivity and design thinking. Currently I am serving as a committee member of the course development and vetting committee at the Employees Retraining Board (ERB). My role is to formulate and regularly review the direction and strategy for developing market-oriented training courses and training schemes; and make recommendations to the Board for endorsement of annual training capacity and distribution of training places among different types of training courses.
