Help with planning a charity run to raise funds for our work in empowering non-Chinese children in Hong Kong

What we need
- Join us for a 1 hour online call to learn more about the program and our expectations
- Reach out to and engage relevant corporate sponsors for the run
- Create a marketing plan for the run, including but not limited to helping with merch creation, Instagram promotion
- Plan the route for our run around Kowloon
- Help with setting up a charity run page on a fundraising platform
Background
We want to make CommUnity a reality through language and multicultural education and we need sufficient financial resources to support that. We want to plan a fun charity run to raise awareness about our non-Chinese neighbours in Hong Kong and raise HK$120,000 to support our finances for the following year.
What we have
We will provide you with our branding guidelines and previous crowdfunding campaigns as references. You will also have visual and content support from our team.
Why this is important
This run is a perfect demonstration of what our CommUnity should look like - not as segregated societies, but as an integrated whole.Participants will get to explore regions of the Kowloon district where our non-Chinese friends frequent and learn about the community as we also raise enough funds for our operations at CantoGather.

Understanding and empowering our non-Chinese neighbours in love through language and multicultural education. We work with NGO and school partners to provide a professional and fun Chinese language programme to non-Chinese children and organise cultural programmes for relationships to be built between our Chinese volunteers and non-Chinese families.
