What we need
- Input financial data into the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Verify and reconcile data entries to maintain consistency and integrity of financial records
- Collaborate with HELP’s accountant consultant to resolve any discrepancies or issues in financial data
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation and filing systems for financial records
- Flexible volunteer arrangements (hours/ locations can be adjusted based on your availability)
Background
We are looking for an accounting assistant volunteer who is interested in working with our team to support our financial data management. You will provide support to HELP's accountant consultant in maintaining our financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our accounting information.

What we do
HELP for Domestic Workers is an NGO working on the frontlines to support migrant domestic workers to gain access to justice and fair and equal treatment in Hong Kong. Since 1989, we have supported migrant domestic workers through advice, assistance, education and empowerment. We equip the employers of domestic workers with knowledge and awareness so that they can build a mutually beneficial relationship with their domestic workers.
