What we need

• Join a 15-minute briefing call and a 15-minute feedback call
• Provide your bio and photo which we'll share with on our website. This will allow individuals who are interested in a one-on-one mentorship session with you to apply.
• Topic examples: Career advice, PR/Communications, Leadership / Growth Strategy Consulting, Marketing (Social Media, Campaigns, Branding etc), Impact Measurement and more
• The mentees are carefully screened. When a session is successfully redeemed, we will connect you with the mentees by email and you could directly schedule the virtual call with him/her. (Please also keep Time Auction team copied until the call is scheduled. In the event that the call is rescheduled, please inform the Time Auction team immediately.)
• Each 1-hour virtual session could be held on any date you're available within 3 months after successful redemption.
• *10 years or above of experiences on the topic proposed is required for this project

Background

At Time Auction, we aim to make mentorship accessible for everyone while encouraging volunteerism. We’re running a #1hrwith program to connect young adults with inspiring leaders over virtual calls and are looking for volunteers to help us with this program in 2024.Our #1HourWith program aims to facilitate efficient connections between mentors and mentees. Mentors provide mentorship sessions that mentees can apply for by completing 10 volunteer hours, enabling them to review their progress, identify any gaps, and make better decisions.

Why this is important

Your input will help 2 mentees review their progress so far, identify the gaps or ways to move forward, suggest improvements, and also help give feedback on our #1HourWith program so we can develop this further!
