Join our home visit day to interact and exercise with the seniors to share the joy of X'mas!
Regular exercising habit is good for the body and mind, even for elderly who cannot leave home or have mobility problems. We visit the elderly at their homes regularly to help them build exercise habits and maintain their physical and mental well being.
Volunteers will have a briefing before the home visit. New volunteers will pair up with experienced volunteer.
Volunteers will visit the elderly regularly and teach them some simple physical exercises, and also provide cognitive training exercises for the purpose of anti-aging and improving their physical, mental and social well-beings.
