Join our home visit day to interact and exercise with elderlies
Regular exercising habit is good for the body and mind, even for the elderly who cannot leave home or have mobility problems.We will visit elderly home regularly to help building regular exercise habits and maintaining physical and mental well being.
Volunteers will have a briefing before home visit. New volunteer will be working with experienced volunteer in pairs.
Volunteers will visit the elderly regularly and teach them to remember some simple physical exercises, and also provide cognitive training exercises for the purpose of physical and mental exercise, anti-aging, and physical and mental benefits.
